Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services

Welcome to Coaching with Eileen and The Holistic Coaching School. By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities and how we provide our services.
1. Our Services
We provide various coaching services under Coaching with Eileen and The Holistic Coaching School, including group coaching programs, 1:1 coaching, workshops, and retreats. Specific details about each program, including pricing and duration, will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. How to Book and Pay

Your booking is confirmed when we receive your payment.

Payment can be made via Stripe or other agreed methods.

If we cannot accept your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.
4. Program-Specific Policies
Holistic Coaching School Group Programme

A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
-
To cancel early, a 30-day notice is required. An administrative fee of 20% of the remaining payments will apply.

Example: If your 12-month subscription is £200/month, and you cancel after 3 months, you will not owe payments for the remaining 9 months, but a £360 admin fee will be charged.
1:1 Coaching (Coaching with Eileen)

You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.

Refunds are only available if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have taken place.
Workshops, Online Masterclasses, and Retreats (The Holistic Coaching School)

Payment secures your place; bookings are non-transferable.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not started.

Cancellations after the event begins will not be refunded.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

Change of Mind: You have 14 days to cancel after purchase, provided services have not yet begun.

After Services Begin: If you cancel after the service has started, you must pay for the portion provided.

Program-Specific Policies: Cancellation terms specific to your program apply (see Section 4).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
6. Changes to Services
We may make minor adjustments to improve service quality, comply with legal requirements, or accommodate scheduling needs.
If significant changes are necessary, we will notify you in advance. If you disagree with these changes, you may cancel for a refund.
7. Your Responsibilities

Attend scheduled sessions and provide any required information promptly.

Respect program guidelines and other participants during group activities.

Avoid inappropriate behavior, which may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Our Commitments
We are dedicated to providing a supportive and professional coaching environment.
If delays or issues arise due to unforeseen events, we will communicate promptly and take steps to minimize disruptions.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It will only be used for delivering services and communication related to your booking.
10. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for unforeseen losses or events outside our control.

Liability for personal injury, fraud, or other non-excludable circumstances remains unaffected.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes can be addressed in English, Scottish, or Northern Irish courts, depending on your location.

Our Complaints procedure
We are committed to providing high-quality service, however if you are dissatisfied with our service and you want to lodge a complaint, please follow these steps:

In the first instance speak directly to the coach or staff member involved (informal resolution).

If unresolved, please email your complaint to support@holisticcoaching.com and the resolution you would like. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and to provide a response within 14 days (formal complaint)
