Participate in ten live, one-day practical workshops focused on reshaping mindsets through hands-on practice.
Gain insights into how the ego functions and how individuals hinder their progress.
Learn effective strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as self-talk, self-doubt, overwhelm, procrastination, self-sabotage, and overthinking.
Develop skills and tools to help clients break free from these behaviour patterns.
